Delete your Halo account

Halo users can permanently request deletion of their account and associated application data from the mobile app or by contacting our privacy team.

Effective July 19, 2026

Delete from the Halo app

Open Halo and sign in.
Open Settings.
Under Stored data, choose Delete my Halo data.
Confirm Delete. Halo signs you out after the request completes.

Request deletion without the app

Email halo@studio23labs.com from the address on your Halo account with the subject “Halo account deletion request.” We may verify account ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

The request removes the Halo user account and associated application records, including security preferences, device registrations, connected-service records, and app activity, subject to records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, or regulatory obligations.
