Use Of The Site

These terms apply to use of the HALO AVS website and any early access materials we make available. Pilot or production deployments may be governed by a separate written agreement.

Product Status

Some descriptions on this site refer to planned, prototype, or pilot functionality. They are provided for discussion and do not create a commitment to deliver a specific feature unless stated in a signed agreement.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not submit confidential third-party information unless you are authorized to do so.
• Do not copy site content or assets except as permitted by law or written permission.

Intellectual Property

HALO AVS, associated designs, copy, demonstrations, and product concepts are owned by HALO AVS or its licensors. U.S. Patent 10,748,151 is referenced for the customer-directed transaction security concept described in the BOA pitch.

No Warranty

The site is provided as-is. We make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular security or compliance requirement.
